This problem can also affect people who drink many cans of caffeinated soft drinks each day. Best advice is to stop consuming caffeinated drinks altogether, since caffeine is so addictive. Most coffee-craving patients are often hypoglycemic, and suffer from poor adrenal and /or thyroid function. The solution is improved diet, exercise, and specific supplements.
